All orders are sent to you using next day delivery
We offer a next day delivery service for all UK customer orders. This means that all orders received before 2pm on each working day* will be delivered straight to your door in the UK on the following working day.
Orders to addresses outside the UK may incur an additional charge and may take up to six days for delivery (depending on country to which they are shipped).
Orders weighing less than 1kg may be sent via Royal Mail, otherwise they will be delivered by UPS. When your order is despatched with UPS we’ll email you a tracking number and a link to the UPS website (www.ups.com), where you can check the status of your order. You can also gain your tracking number by logging into ‘My Account’ and viewing your most recent orders.
UPS delivery will be attempted between 8am-6pm. A signature will be required on receipt. If you are not home when the courier calls, UPS will leave a delivery card and make three delivery attempts before returning your package back to us. If delivery has been attempted and you would like to make alternative arrangements, you can contact UPS to provide an alternative delivery address. Royal Mail will attempt delivery up to 1pm. Like UPS, if the item requires a signature, a delivery card will be posted to you with instructions on where to collect your item. If the item is small and does not require a signature, it will be simply posted through your door.
*Working days are Monday-Friday and exclude weekends and Public Holidays.
Next day delivery is applicable for all orders received before 2pm to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland and Channel Islands. Addresses in the Scottish Highlands require an extra day.
We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Optoma cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

Do you want to return something? No problem. You can return any item in its original condition and packaging for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.
Log in to your account and find the item in 'orders'. Press 'return items'. Complete the form and submit the request.
You will be responsible for returning the product to us, including any costs incurred. Screens may cost up to £40 to return. When the product arrives, we will confirm receipt and provide a refund of the cost of the product within 10 working days to the same account that the purchase was made.
All items must be packaged up securely with all parts and packaging, including cables and user instructions, back in the product’s original box or bag. If an item is returned to us without all parts, we may have to return this back to you or charge you for the missing parts.
In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty please log in to your account and find the item in 'orders'. Press 'return items' and indicate on this form that there is a problem with the product. This will alert our Customer Services Team to get in touch with you.
