Where is my order?
You should have received an email to confirm that your order has been despatched. All orders will be delivered by UPS. Those sent via UPS will have a tracking number which will be included on the despatch email to you. This will also have a link to the UPS website (www.ups.com) where you can track your order. You can also gain your tracking number by logging into ‘My Account’ and viewing your most recent orders.
I want to return the product. How do I do this?
You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order. See our returns policy page.
I can’t find the product I was looking for on the shop. Where can I get more information?
The search function scans Optoma’s web shop for products only. You can try our advanced search to locate what you are looking for.
Please note that not all models are listed on Optoma’s web shop. There are many more models on our website including ‘where to buy’ links to retailers.

I have seen an Optoma lamp cheaper elsewhere, is it different to those on your website?
There are several reports of counterfeit lamps, which are being sold at a cheaper price than genuine Optoma lamps. Installing a counterfeit lamp into an Optoma projector may damage the projector and repairs resulting from damage caused by a counterfeit lamp would not be covered under the warranty.
Lamps are made up of two parts – the bulb and the bulb holder. Optoma genuine lamps are designed specifically and uniquely for Optoma projectors. Counterfeit lamps may contain differences that could affect the performance of your projector.
